We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us (e.g. through a voluntary registration process, sign-ups or emails), as well as information that is derived through automated tracking mechanisms. We will obtain your consent to collect, use or disclose personal information except where we are authorized or required by law to do so without consent. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal, contractual and other restrictions, provided that you give us reasonable notice of withdrawal of consent.
- Voluntary Registration Information.
You do not need to provide any information to fully access this Site. Information will be collected if you elect to fill out the Room Booking Request Form, during which we will collect personal information about you. The information will include your name, address, and contract information. We do not collect personally identifiable information about you except when you specifically provide such information to us on a voluntary basis.
- Voluntary Information for Services and Features
We may collect personally identifiable information when you choose to use certain other features of the Site, including: i) consenting to receive email or text messages about upcoming promotions or events, ii) consenting to receive email, iii) commenting on articles, and others. When you choose to use these additional features, we require you to provide the appropriate contact information.
We will not collect personal information indiscriminately but will limit collection of personal information to that which is reasonable and necessary. We will also collect personal information as authorized by law. When collecting personal information, we will state the purpose of collection and will provide, on request, contact information for our Privacy Officer who can answer questions about the collection. Please note that personally identifiable information is collected and used only to provide you with a more enjoyable, convenient online experience and to support and enhance your use of the Site and its features, including providing the services available through the Site.

This non-identifiable information is collected in order to better understand our Web site usage, and enhance the performance of services to maintain and operate the Site and certain features on the Site. WE ARE NOT LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE OR OTHER INFORMATION YOU CHOOSE TO SUBMIT IN FORUMS SUCH AS A BULLETIN BOARD, CHAT ROOM OR ANY OTHER PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE AREA OF THE SITE.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and for business and administrative purposes. We may also use or share with third parties for any purpose aggregated data that contains no personally identifiable information.

We are committed to protecting the information we receive from you. We will destroy, erase or make anonymous records containing personal information as soon as it is reasonable to assume that the original purpose is no longer being served by retention of the information and retention is no longer necessary for a legal or business purpose. 5) Email Choice/Opt-out
If any user who receives an email from the Site would prefer not to receive such communications in the future, he or she can notify us of that choice by following the instructions in the emails. In addition, you may send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to implement your opt-out requests promptly, but you may still receive communications from us for up to ten business days as we process your request.
6) Children's Privacy and Parental Controls
We do not solicit any personal information from children. If you are not 19 or older and of the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, you are not authorised to use the Site. Parents should be aware that there are parental control tools available online that can be used to prevent children from submitting information online without parental permission or from accessing material that is harmful to minors.
